What's Included?

• Mahindra 2.2 mHawk s4 4x4 open vehicle
• Full Tank of Fuel (must be filled on return)

Optional Extras:

• Full Kit- This includes Stainless steel coffee cups & hotbox, coffee/tea/sugar containers (to be filled by operator), snack container (perfect for rusks or morning bites), warm blankets, ponchos (for rainy weather) 

Booking Details:

• Advanced bookings are preferred to ensure availability, but we're happy to accommodate last-minute bookings when possible, subject to availability
• Drivers must hold a valid guiding card and Professional Driving Permit (PDP) and must be able to provide proof of both at the time of rental

Rental Paperwork:

• All renters must complete our Rental Vehicle Form, which includes the attached Rental Agreement. By signing the form, you acknowledge and accept the terms of the agreement, We'll keep this on file for future rentals, along with a copy of your valid guide card and PDP. 
• If you're an operator with multiple drivers, we require the name and signature of each driver, as well as copies of their guide cards and PDPs for our records.
• All required forms and rental agreements can be found on our Forms page, where they can be downloaded and filled out prior to your rental. Completed forms can be sent to knpexplorersosv@gmail.com 

Cancelation Policy:

Full payment is required at the time of booking. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.

• Cancelations made more than 24 hours before the rental date will receive a full refund.
• Cancelations made within 24 hours of the rental date will be refunded 50% of the payment.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
